postpartum care
POSTPARTUM DOULA
The Sacred Postpartum period is the 12 weeks of time after you give birth. You deserve to feel supported and cared for during this transition. A Postpartum Doula supports YOU so that you can feel your best while caring for your newborn.
Having been in education for 10 years, I have always been passionate about supporting the family as a unit. My hope as a Postpartum Doula is to be able to get right to the source & help you build a strong bond & connection with your baby as you navigate the sacred Postpartum period.
My other passion is Fertility Education. I specialize in helping people learn how to chart their cycle, regardless of where they are on the reproductive continuum. My Postpartum Charting Collective launched in September 2022 & teaches people how to chart their postpartum cycles.
It would be an honor to support your transition from maiden to mother; supporting this time of sacred matrescence. I joyfully support all types of families. Everyone deserves support during the first 12 weeks, regardless of other types of support you may have around you. My goal is to help you listen to your inner voice & help you navigate this time with grace, confidence & compassion for yourself!
I’d love to support you:

In our fast-paced world it seems uncommon to honor rest and recovery; but the best time to do it is during the 12 weeks after birth. A Postpartum Doula can care for your baby so that you can rest.
